福耀玻璃(03606.HK)完成發行6億元中期票據
格隆匯4月23日丨福耀玻璃(03606.HK)公佈,2020年4月20日,公司在全國銀行間市場公開發行2020年度第二期中期票據(簡稱"20福耀玻璃MTN002"),中期票據代碼102000763,發行總額為人民幣6億元,期限3年,每張面值人民幣100元,票面利率為2.75%(年利率),募集資金已於2020年4月22日到賬。
該期中期票據由中國銀行股份有限公司擔任主承銷商,通過簿記建檔、集中配售的方式在銀行間市場公開發行。該期中期票據募集資金主要用於償還銀行借款和補充流動資金
