金沙中國(01928.HK)控股股東LAS VEGAS SANDS CORP.公布截至今年3月底止首季度業績,根據美國公認會計原則,金沙中國淨收益總額(Net Revenues)按年減少65.1%至8.14億美元,更錄得淨虧損1.66億美元,去年同期錄純利5.57億美元。季內資本開支共達3.2億美元,包括於澳門2.41億美元的建造、發展及維修活動。
上季威尼斯人項目淨收益(Net Revenues)按年跌64.9%至3.15億美元,經調整物業EBITDA跌86.4%至4,900萬元;金沙城中心淨收益為1.7億元,按年下跌70.5%;至於巴黎人淨收益跌68.9%至1.41億美元,經調整物業EBITDA更轉虧,錄虧損300萬美元。
