迴天新材(300041.SZ)2019年度淨利潤升33.19%至1.58億元 擬10派1.8元
格隆匯4月22日丨迴天新材(300041.SZ)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入18.80億元，同比增長8.06%；利潤總額1.84億元，同比增長35.93%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.58億元，同比增長33.19%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.46億元，同比增長49.78%；基本每股收益0.3828元，擬每10股派發現金紅利1.8元(含税)。
公司是專業從事膠粘劑和新材料研發、生產銷售的高新技術企業，目前主營業務產品涵蓋高性能有機硅膠、聚氨酯膠、丙烯酸酯膠、厭氧膠、環氧樹脂膠等工程膠粘劑及太陽能電池背膜，廣泛應用在汽車制造及維修、通信電子、家電、LED、軌道交通、新能源、工程機械、軟包裝、高端建築等眾多領域。此外，公司利用已有的汽車行業銷售渠道兼營一部分非膠粘劑產品，主要為汽車制動液和其他汽車維修保養用化學品。
公司主營業務收入主要來源於以高性能有機硅膠、聚氨酯膠、丙烯酸酯膠、厭氧膠等產品為代表的膠粘劑系列產品及太陽能背板、汽車維修保養用化學品的銷售收入。其中，公司生產的各類高性能工程膠粘劑均為各應用領域的中、高端產品，未來市場前景廣闊，是公司目前主導產品，報告期內為公司貢獻大部分的銷售收入和業績，2017-2019年度膠粘劑佔公司主營業務收入的比例分別為73.39%、79.38%和78.04%。
除工程膠粘劑產品外，公司利用已有的汽車行業銷售渠道兼營一部分非膠粘劑產品，主要是汽車制動液和其他汽車維修保養用化學品。該部分業務2017-2019年度佔公司主營業務收入的比例分別為10.50% 、8.94%和7.67%。
公司的太陽能電池背膜業務由原來主要採用從外部採購PET膜、PVDF膜等膜材料到絕大部分採用自產PVDF膜材料，實現了關鍵原材料進口替代，以自主研發的聚氨酯膠粘劑將膜材料按照特定的模式膠粘成具有高耐候性、防水性的太陽能電池背膜產品。該產品投放市場以來反映良好，是國內少有的具有自主知識產權的背膜產品，並不斷研發推廣KPH光伏背板、新型透明背板等新產品上市。2017-2019年度太陽能電池背膜佔公司主營業務收入的比例分別為16.11% 、9.98%和14.29%。
