中原證券(601375.SH)：2019年度淨利潤降11.5%至5822.27萬元
格隆匯4月22日丨中原證券(601375.SH)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入23.73億元，同比增長43.82%；歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤5822.27萬元，同比下降11.50%；歸屬於母公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1915.8萬元，同比下降60.29%；基本每股收益0.02元。
公司經董事會審議的2019年下半年度利潤分配方案為：擬不進行利潤分配，也不進行資本公積轉增股本，此方案尚需本公司股東大會批准。公司已派發2019年上半年度股利每10股人民幣0.20元(含税)。
報告期內，公司A股基金交易量人民幣1.34萬億元，市場份額4.93‰，全年新增客户22.69萬户；融資融券餘額人民幣55.26億元，較上年增長35.72%；股票期權成交量239.23萬張，較上年增長44.60%；公募基金實現銷售人民幣15.63億元，同比增長34.94%；收益憑證實現銷售人民幣34.76億元，較上年增長25.90%；新增代銷信託產品1.29億元。
公司通過子公司中原期貨開展期貨經紀業務、期貨投資諮詢及資產管理業務，並通過中原期貨子公司豫新投資開展風險管理業務。
報告期內，新增客户2487户，服務客户總量達2.65萬户，其中機構客户較上年增長7.69%，機構客户資金規模較上年增長52.03%；累計成交手數1881.65萬手，成交金額人民幣1.07萬億元，分別較上年增長4.88%及8.69%。中原期貨子公司豫新投資榮獲“上海期貨交易所2019年度做市業務金獎”及“鄭商所2019年度優秀風險管理公司”稱號。
報告期內，公司完成IPO聯席主承銷項目1單，上市公司再融資項目3單，滬深兩市股權主承銷金額全年累計人民幣21.13億元，較上年增長523.30%；完成企業債項目4單，公司債項目9單，金融債項目2單，債權類主承銷金額全年累計人民幣112.53億元，較上年增長97.42%；此外，公司完成上市公司併購重組獨立財務顧問項目5單，新三板定向融資8單。
截至報告期末，公司資產管理總規模人民幣76.18億元，其中集合資產管理計劃12支，管理規模人民幣50.28億元，定向資產管理計劃7支，管理規模人民幣18.60億元，專項資產管理計劃2支，管理規模人民幣7.30億元。
