中國國旅(601888.SH)2019年度淨利升49.58%至46.29億元 擬10派7.2元
格隆匯4月22日丨中國國旅(601888.SH)發佈2019年年度報告,營業收入479.66億元,同比增長2.04%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤46.29億元,同比增長49.58%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤38.29億元,同比增長21.79%;基本每股收益2.3708元;擬每10股派發現金紅利人民幣7.20元(含税)。
業績上升主要原因,一方面受益於國內免税品零售市場規模的持續增長,另一方面公司繼續優化鞏固現有離境、離島免税業務,加強公司內部業務整合,持續提升公司管理效益。報告期公司主營業務毛利率為49.07%,比去年同期提高7.96個百分點,主要原因是公司2019年1月將國旅總社的股權轉讓給控股股東中國旅遊集團,專注於毛利率水平較高的免税品零售市場。
報告期內,公司商品銷售業務實現營業收入469.67億元,同比增長36.79%,毛利率為49.55%,比上年同期降低2.69個百分點,毛利率下降的主要原因是報告期內人民幣兑美元出現貶值,導致公司採購成本提高。其中免税商品銷售業務實現營業收入458.18億元,同比增長37.89%,毛利率為50.00%,同比降低3.09個百分點。公司有税商品銷售業務實現營業收入11.49億元,同比增長3.75%,毛利率為31.59%,同比提高4.68個百分點。
報告期內,公司旅遊服務業務實現營業收入5.99億元,同比降低95.12%,毛利率為11.44%,比上年同期提高1.43個百分點。營業收入同比下降的主要原因是2019年1月,公司將國旅總社100%股權轉讓給控股股東中國旅遊集團。2019年2月,國旅總社已辦妥工商變更登記手續,不再納入公司合併範圍。
受益於國內免税品零售市場的持續增長和公司市場宣傳活動的不斷推廣,公司知名度不斷提高。2019年,三亞國際免税城全年接待顧客731萬人次,購物人數217萬人次,全年實現營業收入104.65億元,同比增長30.65%,其中免税商品銷售收入101.74億元,同比增長30.93%。
受益於公司經營管理水平的不斷提高及商品結構的不斷優化、商品種類的不斷豐富、購物環境的不斷改善,報告期內,上海機場免税店(含浦東國際機場和虹橋機場免税店,2018年3月納入合併報表)實現營業收入151.49億元,同比增長44.95%;首都機場免税店(含T2、T3航站樓和大興機場免税店)實現營業收入85.89億元,同比增長16.25%;香港機場免税店實現營業收入24.02億元,同比增長14.54%;廣州機場免税店實現營業收入19.22億元,同比增長117.46%。
