英国石油前总裁料油价将长期低迷及波动
英国石油前行政总裁John Browne接受《英国广播公司》访问时表示,美国期油价格跌至负值是因为当地欠缺储存设施,但目前全球需求下降,原油产量却处於高位。他认为油价将长时间维持低水平及非常波动,又指有大量原油正在生产,且不会被使用却被储存。
Browne形容目前情况於1980年代中相同,产量过多及需求过低,使油价保持低位17年。他又指全球对石化燃料需求会持续疲弱,部分与气候变化忧虑有关。石化燃料需求将由无法停止产油的国营石油企业满足。
