一季度淨利增45%至3億元，歌爾股份再推員工持股計劃
4月21日晚間，歌爾股份（002241.SZ）發佈了2020年第一季度報告，公司實現營業收入64.74億元，同比增長13.47%；期內的歸母淨利潤為2.94億元，同比增長44.73%；同期的扣非淨利潤為2.99億元，同比增長85.69%；基本每股收益0.09元。
今日，該公司股價低開2.01%，此後盤中有所拉昇。截至發稿時間，股價仍下跌0.76%，現為18.29元/股，成交3.97億元。

分業務來看，今年一季度，公司的智能聲學整機收入為26.89億元，同比增長25.15%；精密零組件收入22.95億元，同比增長21.06%；而智能硬件的收入同比下滑18.18%至12.25億元。
毛利率方面，該公司期內的這一指標為18.23%，創下近6個季度新高，或許是得益於無線耳機盈利向好以及電聲器件經營回暖。

費用方面，歌爾股份的三項費用率均有明顯下行，合計6.7%，但是研發費用同比增43.01%至3.38億元，研發費用率也同比上行至5.2%。
值得一提的是，該上市公司還在昨日公佈了“家園4號”員工持股計劃。
相關公告顯示，擬面向不超過4000名員工零成本授予4927.01萬股，佔公司總股本的1.52%，其中董事、監事及高級管理人員9人合計600萬股，公司其他員工4327萬股，計劃存續期為48個月，分三批解鎖。股票來源為此前回購所得。

中金公司研報指出，經歷過去2年的發展低谷，公司今年在疫情背景下推出該輪覆蓋面和力度較大的員工持股計劃，將有效激勵高管及核心員工的積極性，也體現了公司對未來幾年發展趨勢的信心，但是費用攤銷較大，對近幾年業績將造成一定影響，按照5月完成過户計算，2020至2022年費用攤銷分別將達到2.7/3.6/1.9億元左右。
