科大訊飛(002230.SZ)擬參設訊飛海河(天津)人工智能創業投資基金合夥企業(有限合夥)
格隆匯4月21日丨科大訊飛(002230.SZ)公佈，公司擬與普通合夥人天津科訊海河科技合夥企業(有限合夥)(“科訊海河”)，及有限合夥人天津市海河產業基金合夥企業(有限合夥)、福州騰雲海峽股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)共同出資設立訊飛海河(天津)人工智能創業投資基金合夥企業(有限合夥)(以工商核定名稱為準)。其中科大訊飛擬以自有資金作為基金的有限合夥人出資1.5億元，佔基金總認繳出資額的25%；以公司的全資子公司安徽訊飛雲創科技有限公司(“訊飛雲創”)作為有限合夥人之一對科訊海河出資500萬元。
基金的管理人及普通合夥人科訊海河的普通合夥人均為合肥科訊創業投資管理合夥企業(有限合夥)(“合肥科訊”)。合肥科訊為中國證券投資基金業協會備案的私募基金管理人，備案號為P1069150。
基金投資方向：1、合夥企業主要投向智能機器人、智能終端、人工智能前沿技術和人工智能通用系統及其他符合《海河產業基金新一代人工智能科技產業母基金投向指引目錄(白名單)》規定的領域。2、人工智能科技產業其他領域——以智慧城市和港口、智能醫療與健康、智能交通、智能金融、智能家居、量子智能計算、智能可穿戴設備、智能網聯汽車為代表的智能產品開發應用等領域；以互聯網、大數據、雲計算等信息技術為基礎的新興軟產業。
伴隨着IT產業發展的第五次浪潮，以萬物互聯、智能一切為特徵的人工智能時代正在到來。當前人工智能產業發展已進入應用價值兑現期，科大訊飛在人工智能各項關鍵技術的突破離不開在各個具體應用場景的落地。這一方面需要公司自身的持續投入，在教育、金融、醫療、車載等領域不斷髮力，擴大人工智能技術的覆蓋面，另一方面則需要通過投資的方式在公司尚未覆蓋但具備大規模應用前景的細分領域和前瞻性方向加強佈局。
通過與專業機構合作，公司可以利用專業機構的投資管理經驗、其他有限合夥人的產業資源優勢，撬動更多的資金和資源進行人工智能產業的投資佈局，分散並降低投資風險，促進人工智能技術與各行業的深度融合，加快構建人工智能技術應用生態體系，擴大公司核心技術的市場佔有率。
