中國中冶(01618.HK)擬3651.18萬元收購中冶名恆剩餘50%股權
格隆匯4月21日丨中國中冶(01618.HK)宣佈,於2020年4月20日,公司全資附屬公司中冶置業(作為受讓方)、五礦信託(作為轉讓方)及中冶名恆(作為目標公司)簽訂股權轉讓協議,據此中冶置業向五礦信託收購中冶名恆50%的股權,轉讓對價為人民幣3651.18萬元。中冶置業現持有中冶名恆50%的股權,此次交易完成後,中冶置業將持有中冶名恆100%的股權。
據悉,五礦信託為公司間接控股股東中國五礦的非全資附屬公司,為公司的關連人士。
