幸福控股(00260.HK)收到法定要求償債書 涉資6520.50萬港元
格隆匯4月21日丨幸福控股(00260.HK)公佈,於2020年4月20日,公司收到四份由余下票據持有人的法律顧問根據《公司(清盤及雜項條文)條例》(香港法例第32章)第178(1)(a)條或第327(4)(a)條發出的法定要求償債書。如上述法定要求償債書所述,餘下票據持有人要求公司於法定要求償債書送達之日起三週內(即於2020年5月11日或之前)償還可換股票據的未償還本金連同應計利息,總計65,204,988.48港元,否則,餘下票據持有人可對公司提出清盤呈請。
