港股異動丨內房股普跌 央行查深圳違規借錢買樓
格隆匯4月21日丨人民銀行深圳支行昨日發出通知,追查深圳違規借錢買樓,受消息拖累,內房股普跌,中國恆大(3333.HK)、中國奧園(3883.HK)和中國時代控股(1233.HK)等均跌近5%。央行深圳中心支行昨日給轄內各銀行發佈通知,要求緊急自查關於房抵經營貸資金違規流入房地產市場情況;主要包括截至2020年3月末的房抵經營貸餘額,對借款人名下經營實體的真實性調查情況,借款人持有被抵押房產時間情況,企業成立時間情況,借款人自疫情發生以來新購房產並以新購房產作抵押的貸款情況,借款人貸後新增房產的監測情況等。
