佳沃股份(300268.SZ)：2019年業績盈轉虧至1.26億元
格隆匯4月20日丨佳沃股份(300268.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入34.28億元，同比增長77.84%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損1.26億元，上年同期盈利2453.23萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損1.35億元，上年同期盈利348.12萬元；基本每股虧損0.9434元。
報告期內，公司在產業結構、區域佈局及各業務板塊發展策略方面持續優化，保持戰略聚焦在進口海鮮為代表的高端動物蛋白領域，堅持“全球資源+中國消費”的戰略路線，持續鍛造核心競爭力，積極加速業務融合，開拓新市場，開發新產品，中高端海產品業務保持良好的增長態勢，完成重大資產購買項目已順利完成交割，取得智利領先的三文魚企業(AustralisSeafoods S.A.)控制權，標誌着公司順利完成首箇中國企業跨境併購優質三文魚上游資源項目。通過本次收購，公司獲得優質的實體資產注入，進一步鞏固並實質性提升自身對海產品上游稀缺優質資源的掌控能力，為助力國內市場的消費升級打下堅實基礎。公司以此為契機，得以更深入瞭解境外海產品行業的市場、經營、法律環境，借鑑成熟市場海產品行業管理方式及經營理念，結合已有的在全通路服務、多品類協同、增值產品的開發和加工方面的能力儲備，為自身發展打開新的增長源泉。
業務領域動物蛋白業務實現營業收入34.25億元，同比增長77.72%。其中，海產品業務實現營業收入29.05億元，同比增長92.73%；三文魚產品方面，2019年公司完成收購Australis並實現並表，公司加大了在智利第十二區的基礎設施建設，三文魚收穫量相較去年增長超過20%，達到歷史新高，保持較好態勢；既有業務，公司經營情況穩定，繼續保持了中國最大的北極甜蝦進口分銷商、狹鱈魚加工供貨商和全渠道佈局進口動物蛋白品牌商的行業領先地位；牛羊肉及其副產品方面實現營業收入5.2億元，成長較為迅速。報告期內公司推進完成重大資產購買項目，其他非流動資產、應付債券、長期借款及資產總額均大幅增加，導致各財務報表會計科目所佔比重較去年同期發生較大變化；中介費、借款利息及税金等併購費用短期對公司經營產生一定影響。
同時，為進一步聚焦主營業務，改善資產負債結構，出售了部分非主業資產，完成了桃源縣萬福生科糧油加工經營有限公司(“糧油公司”)的資產處置，結清公司部分控股股東借款，節約未來與糧油公司相關的營運費用以及相關資產的折舊、攤銷、税金等運營成本，降低公司了資產負債率，提升了公司盈利能力，改善了現金流狀況。
