朗姿股份(002612.SZ)：2019年度淨利潤降72.07%至5877.87萬元 擬10派1.2元
格隆匯4月20日丨朗姿股份(002612.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入30.07億元，同比增長12.99%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5877.87萬元，同比下降72.07%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2530.37萬元，同比下降86.65%；基本每股收益0.1428元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利1.2元(含税)。
2019年度，隨着內外部經營環境的不斷變化，為更好的促進公司整體業績的提升，公司積極推動產業聚焦戰略，集中精力加快時尚女裝、醫療美容、綠色嬰童三大優勢產業的協同發展。首先，作為國內A股率先在醫美啟航的上市公司，基於對醫療美容業務的持續看好，公司通過發行股份購買資產的方式完成了對朗姿醫療剩餘全部少數41.19%股權的收購，將盈利能力持續提升的醫美業務全部納入公司旗下，這將有助於公司進一步運用資本市場平台整合醫療美容領域資源，深化完善醫療美容板塊的戰略佈局，打造優質的醫療美容產業，同時，有助於促進公司收入結構多元化，進一步增強公司的持續盈利能力和綜合競爭力，增厚股東收益。其次，將與公司業務協同性較小，並且對資金的依賴性較強的資產管理板塊朗姿韓亞資管的控制權轉移出售。通過以上戰略調整，公司將更好地集中公司優勢資源聚焦業已成熟的時尚女裝、醫療美容等時尚業務，進一步增強和提升上市公司的綜合核心競爭能力和盈利能力，促進公司的更好發展。
報告期內，女裝業務扣除非經常性因素影響，實現營業收入15.33億元，較上年同期增長9.95%；扣除投融資影響，實現營業利潤1.43億元，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.39億元。
報告期內，朗姿醫美實現營業收入6.3億元，較上年同期增長31.27%；實現營業利潤1.07億元，較上年同期增長49.79%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5239.96萬元，較上年同期增長90.41%。
報告期內，阿卡邦實現營業收入7.96億元，較上年同期增長17.02%，實現營業利潤-2203.97萬元，較上年同期減虧7867.75萬元，因受本期所得税影響淨利潤被拉低，導致公司集團層面歸屬於母公司淨利潤虧損-2340.14萬元。
