宣亞國際(300612.SZ)與百度簽訂戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯4月20日丨宣亞國際(300612.SZ)公佈，公司(甲方)與北京百度網訊科技有限公司(“百度”，乙方)同意充分發揮各自領域的人才、資源、技術、產品及市場優勢，開展全方位的合作，形成戰略發展合作伙伴關係。雙方本着“協同、合作、發展”的戰略合作原則，“互利共贏、資源共享、相互促進、共同發展”的宗旨，針對戰略、產品、技術層面的合作，共同策劃、宣傳，形成強有力對接，不斷推進合作深度，實現雙邊業務的發展提升。經友好協商，雙方於近日在北京市簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》。此次合作內容如下：
(1)雙方同意將對方作為戰略發展合作伙伴，同意按此戰略協議的方向來推進如下合作。
(2)雙方約定：共同研究雲計算、大數據、人工智能、雲視頻、智慧城市等技術在廣電、金融、保險、證券、港口、能源、汽車、醫療等行業的深度融合解決方案，在方案制定、試點示範、戰略客户拓展、項目推進、成果交付、營銷科技服務等層面進行全方位合作。
(3)雙方約定：利用百度在雲計算、大數據、人工智能、數據中心建設方面的優勢以及宣亞國際在大數據中台建設、人工智能技術、數據治理以及數據產業整合營銷策略上的優勢，雙方共同研究基於大數據、視頻技術以及人工智能技術的智能大數據中台、智慧中台等應用場景；利用宣亞國際在企業服務、市場、客户、營銷等領域的優勢以及百度在雲計算、大數據、人工智能、數據中心建設方面的優勢，幫助客户推進信息化以及智能化改造，為客户提供一體化的智能化建設方案。
(4)雙方約定：加強全方位品牌建設與整合傳播合作。作為戰略合作伙伴，雙方在實驗演示、峯會、展會、研討會、社交傳播、國際傳播中互相支持與提升品牌；雙方在對外宣傳合作成果時需經對方書面同意，合規地帶上對方品牌。
通過此協議的簽署，宣亞國際與百度確立戰略合作關係，有利於雙方優勢互補、相互促進，符合公司發展戰略。
