太陽紙業(002078.SZ)：擬投建廣西北海350萬噸林漿紙一體化(一期)項目
格隆匯4月20日丨太陽紙業(002078.SZ)公佈，經公司2019年6月25日召開的第七屆董事會第五次會議決議，公司於2019年7月12日在廣西壯族自治區北海市鐵山港區全資設立廣西太陽紙業有限公司(“廣西太陽”)。根據公司的發展規劃，太陽紙業廣西北海350萬噸林漿紙一體化項目(“北海項目”)由廣西太陽負責實施。前述項目分二期陸續實施，其中北海項目(一期)包括55萬噸/年文化用紙項目、15萬噸/年生活用紙項目和配套的80萬噸/年化學木漿項目、60萬噸/年化機漿項目。
項目名稱：太陽紙業廣西北海350萬噸林漿紙一體化(一期)項目；項目具體實施內容如下：
1、55萬噸/年文化用紙項目、15萬噸/年生活用紙項目
(1)55萬噸/年文化用紙項目
預計該項目總投資人民幣23.77億元，年產能為55萬噸文化用紙。項目採用自制的漂白闊葉木漿+外購部分針葉木漿+自制化機漿，按照一定的配漿比例，添加造紙填料，引進世界上先進的高速文化紙機，抄造高檔文化用紙。
(2)15萬噸/年生活用紙項目
預計該項目總投資人民幣6.86億元，年產能為15萬噸生活用紙。項目以自產的漂白闊葉木漿及市場採購的商品漂白硫酸鹽針葉木漿為主要原料，抄造高檔生活用紙。
2、配套的80萬噸/年化學木漿項目、60萬噸/年化機漿項目
(1)80萬噸/年化學木漿項目
預計該項目總投資人民幣69.03億元，年產能為80萬噸化學木漿。該項目製漿採用低能耗塔式連續蒸煮、紙漿漂白採用先進環保的ECF漂白(無元素氯漂白)流程(D0-Eop-D1)。項目鹼回收車間採用先進、成熟、可靠的工藝流程，製漿車間來的黑液經蒸發濃縮、燃燒、苛化後，回收鹼送製漿回用，鹼爐產生高壓過熱蒸汽與固廢綜合利用鍋爐產生的蒸汽送汽輪發電機組餘熱發電，低壓蒸汽和背壓汽則送生產系統各使用點。苛化產生的白泥經石灰窯煅燒後製成石灰回用於苛化工段。
(2)60萬噸/年化機漿項目
預計該項目總投資人民幣15.50億元，年產能為60萬噸化機漿。
北海項目(一期)建成後，可年產55萬噸文化用紙和15萬噸生活用紙，預計項目建設週期為18個月。
太陽紙業廣西北海350萬噸林漿紙一體化項目是公司“林漿紙一體化”工程的重要戰略佈局，公司北海項目的逐步實施將使公司形成山東、老撾、廣西項目三大生產基地，將使太陽紙業的產業實現“一帶一路”經濟帶、祖國沿海和內陸地區的全覆蓋，補齊了工廠佈局戰略位置上的短板。
