非凡中國(08032.HK)預計一季度純利較同期大幅下降約8億港元
格隆匯4月20日丨非凡中國(08032.HK)公佈,集團預計2020年第一季度公司權益股東應占溢利將較2019年同期的溢利約8.24億港元大幅下降約8億港元。
預計2020年第一季度溢利將較2019年第一季度下降,乃由於公司就於2019年3月出售一間聯營公司李寧公司6.8%權益錄得收益8.174億港元,而該收益為非經常性質。根據目前可得資料,冠狀病毒的爆發並無對集團2020年第一季度的財務表現構成重大不利影響。
