光明乳業(600597.SH)2019年度歸母淨利潤升45.84%至4.98億元 擬每股派0.13元
格隆匯4月20日丨光明乳業(600597.SH)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業總收入225.63億元，同比上升7.52%；淨利潤6.82億元，同比上升29.60%；歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤4.98億元，同比上升45.84%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4.65億元，同比上升41.12%；基本每股收益0.41元，擬每股派現金紅利0.13元(含税)。經營活動產生的現金流量淨額24.10億元，同比增長65.77%。
公司主要從事各類乳製品的開發、生產和銷售，奶牛的飼養、培育，物流配送等業務。公司主要生產銷售新鮮牛奶、新鮮酸奶、常温酸奶、乳酸菌飲品、嬰幼兒及中老年奶粉、奶酪、黃油、冷飲等產品。
2019年，公司市場營銷圍繞“領鮮”關鍵詞展開，重塑品牌力，將大品牌宣傳與重點品牌推廣緊密結合，使各品牌形象屬性上均有提升。新中國成立七十週年之際，光明乳業獨家特約贊助央視《故事裏的中國》欄目，致敬時代經典，重温鮮活故事，社會反響熱烈，在全國範圍內重磅釋放光明品牌價值。公司重點品牌莫斯利安在2019年通過產品及營銷升級推進品牌煥新，5月，簽約全新代言人劉昊然；7月，結合莫斯利安品牌宣言“源味純正，只在莫斯利安”，召開莫斯利安新品發佈會，產品線全面升級；12月，攜手代言人劉昊然揭幕莫斯利安首款即飲旋蓋包裝“米其林星廚甜品系列”新品。
公司收購牛奶棚66.27%股權和益民食品一廠100%股權後，各板塊迅速融合，逐步發揮“品牌融合、產業鏈整合、優勢聯合”的強勁動力，進一步豐富產品線、拓展市場，實現“老牌新貌”的品牌再升級。2019年，牛奶棚全面轉型升級，9月旗下首家高端烘焙店——“悠焙”開業，是上海首家採用窯爐直火烘烤的烘培店，主打產品包括用公司明星產品優倍鮮奶和麪、不添加一滴水的“優倍鮮奶麪包系列”，莫斯利安酸奶泡芙等。益民食品一廠先後推出跨界產品莫斯利安冰淇淋、冰淇淋風味牛奶及酸奶、大白兔牛奶等引發關注，同時穩步推進工廠產能提升及產品升級規劃，期待煥發新生機。
基於公司的奶源戰略佈局以及為鞏固華東區域競爭優勢，公司於12月底成功競拍江蘇輝山乳業及江蘇輝山牧業相關資產。此次併購能快速獲取射陽的牧業資源和工廠資源，有利於公司增加奶牛存欄數，完善華東、華北地區奶源基地佈局，有利於公司繼續優化產能，完善華東、華北地區生產基地佈局，有利於公司拓展江蘇、山東、安徽等市場，進一步做大做強乳製品產業。
2019年，新西蘭新萊特主營業務穩步發展，關鍵財務指標保持穩定，實現營業收入49.55億元，淨利潤2.97億元。產品結構方面，新西蘭新萊特在保持較高嬰兒配方奶粉業務比重的同時，增加了其他日用乳製品並進入本國商超渠道，進一步拓展豐富產品線。新建的液態乳品生產線及位於北島的嬰兒奶粉生產線已經部分投入運營，新西蘭新萊特正在積極開闢新客户，期待儘快滿產提升整體毛利。為優化資本結構，多元化融資渠道，降低融資成本，新西蘭新萊特在新西蘭完成債券發行，通過鎖定較低的融資成本，降低利率波動影響，有利於其長遠發展。
