天原集團(002386.SZ)：下屬子公司與中化二建等公司簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯4月20日丨天原集團(002386.SZ)公佈，公司下屬全資子公司宜賓天億新材料科技有限公司(簡稱天億新材料或乙方)是公司重點發展化工新材料產業的實施者，定位於全力打造綠色高分子材料製造者，做“智慧管網、智能家居”行業的一流品牌運營商和方案解決者。通過技術研發與創新，將專用的PVC樹脂進行高分子材料技術改性，生產民用家裝、市政工程和工業礦用等領域使用的塑料及複合材料管道管件產品，室內高分子健康地板、木塑户外景觀材料等產品。拳頭產品PVC-O智慧化、智能化管網系統開創智能先河，實現管網系統從國內領先到國際領先的跨越式發展。
目前，國內新型冠狀肺炎得到有效控制，各地復產復工不斷加快，隨着國家出台的穩投資、穩外貿等一系列穩定經濟政策舉措的到位，預計全國各地城市基礎設施將加快建設步伐，加之宜賓市政府大力發展高新產業園區、打造三江新區，對天億新材料產品的需求將呈現爆發性增長。
基於對天億新材料未來發展以及產品的認同，中化二建集團有限公司(簡稱中化二建)、中商國信科技發展有限公司(簡稱中商國信)、中商國信環境建設有限公司(簡稱國信環境)、宜賓市城市和交通工程建設集團有限公司(簡稱宜賓城交建)、瀘州市城市建設投資集團有限公司(簡稱瀘州城建集團)、四川納建建設工程有限公司(簡稱四川納建)(上述合作方統一簡稱甲方)分別與天億新材料籤訂了戰略合作協議。此次戰略合作協議的簽訂，深化了雙方戰略合作夥伴關係，為後續進一步提升合作檔次奠定了堅實基礎。
此次簽署的協議為採購天億新材料產品及服務而簽訂的戰略合作協議，在各協議中約定了天億新材料2020年-2022年度對合作夥伴及其合作單位銷售目標金額，其中：中化二建、中商國信、國信環境、瀘州城建集團總額分別不低於1.5億元；宜賓城交建總額不低於1億元；四川納建總額不低於6000萬元；全部協議採購金額合計人民幣7.6億元(含税)。後續合作仍需單獨簽訂正式的協議以約定具體事項。
該協議的簽署符合公司未來經營發展規劃，有利於天億新材料產品在不同區域市場進一步拓展，實現長期持續穩定銷售增長，預計2020年天億新材料盈利能力將大幅提升。同時，通過上述合作夥伴在行業的影響力，提高天億新材料產品的市場知名度，有利於提升天億新材料產品在國內市場的份額。
