格隆匯4月20日丨亞威股份(002559.SZ)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入14.68億元，同比降低4.22%；營業利潤1.16億元，同比降低10.67%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤0.97億元，同比降低12.97%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤0.89億元，同比增長0.64%；基本每股收益0.1771元，擬每10股派發現金紅利0.5元(含税)。
公司目前從事的主要業務包括三大板塊：激光加工裝備業務、金屬成形機牀業務、智能製造解決方案業務。
報告期內，激光加工裝備增速進一步放緩，市場競爭加劇，公司深度挖掘市場需求，全方位拓展激光產業鏈，激光加工裝備業務實現營業收入4.46億元，與去年同期相比略有下降。8KW及以上超高功率二維激光切割機銷售台套數倍增；激光切割自動化加工單元全年實現銷售增長超三倍；三維五軸激光切割機打開熱成型件切割加工市場；激光切管機、板管切割一體機實現批量銷售；激光焊接設備成功進入汽車管件加工行業。通過投資併購，與擁有面板行業領先柔性OLED激光加工技術的韓國上市公司LIS進行戰略合作，推動高端精密激光加工設備國產化，同時將公司激光業務鏈從金屬材料高功率激光加工設備領域擴展到超精密微納激光加工設備領域，為公司未來規模成長形成強有力支撐。
公司的金屬成形機牀業務實現營業收入9.60億元，同比降低4.71%。其中自動化成套生產線產品營收規模增長顯著，全年實現營業收入2.85億元，同比增長10.47%，市場佔有率和影響力不斷提升，衝割複合機和激光落料線等產品實現首台銷售突破。公司積極採取靈活的銷售策略，加強產品全價值鏈的管控，金屬成形機牀業務盈利能力持續增強，毛利率不斷提升，為公司持續健康發展提供了堅實保障。
公司智能製造解決方案業務實現營業收入0.62億元，同比降低9.14%。公司繼續圍繞“智能亞威”方向，加速推動智能製造升級駛入快車道，在機牀行業內首家構建完整的智能製造服務能力。工業機器人業務順利進入中國中車系客户，集成工作站業務進軍航空航天領域；強化亞威智能系統有限公司與事業部的協同聯動，成功為格力、寶鋼、首鋼、熊貓電子等高端客户提供軟硬件一體化智能製造解決方案。
