賀一誠:博彩業獨大狀況未有改善 疫情不改澳門中長期發展
澳門行政長官賀一誠發表上任後首份施政報告。賀一誠稱,博彩業「一業獨大」的狀況未有改善,且有所加劇。
他指,2014-2016年澳門博彩業深度調整,導致整體經濟大幅度下滑,經濟連續3年負增長。今年初新冠肺炎疫情發生後,博彩旅遊業大幅度下滑,進而衝擊其他相關行業,再次充分暴露澳門經濟過度依賴博彩旅遊業的脆弱性和巨大風險。
他又指,歷屆政府多年來在推動經濟多元發展方面作出了努力,但成效並不明顯。政府致力推動的會展業和文化創意產業佔本地生產總值的比重均不到1%,而博彩業的比重仍高達50%。
賀一誠相信疫情的短期衝擊不會改變澳門中長期發展趨勢。澳門有獨特優勢,只要有效把握國家「一帶一路」和粵港澳大灣區建設等重大戰略機遇,澳門發展空間和潛力依然較大。一旦疫情過後,澳門經濟可望逐步得到恢復,進入新的發展階段。
