A股異動 | 高盟新材跌逾6% 多位股東擬合計減持不超2.75%股份
格隆匯4月20日丨高盟新材(300200.SZ)現報12.4元,跌6.13%,暫成交8111萬元,最新總市值33億元。高盟新材上週五(17日)晚間發公告稱,公司持股7.58%的股東高盟投資擬減持公司股份不超533萬股,佔公司總股本的1.999%。此外,公司董事王子平、張洋、副總經理叢斌、羅善國、史向前等股東亦擬在15個交易日之後的6個月內各自進行減持。上述股東擬合計減持不超733.475萬股,佔公司總股本的2.75%。
