西麥食品(002956.SZ)2019年度淨利潤升15.02%至1.57億元 擬10轉10派16元
格隆匯4月19日丨西麥食品(002956.SZ)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入9.73億元，同比增長14.33%；歸屬上市公司股東的淨利潤1.57億元，同比增長15.02%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.36億元，同比增長6.26%；基本每股收益2.25元，擬每10股派發現金紅利16元(含税)，以資本公積金向全體股東每10股轉增10股。
公司的主要產品為以燕麥為主的穀物健康食品，旗下有以熱食衝調燕麥產品為主的西麥品牌和冷食休閒燕麥產品為主的西澳陽光子品牌。產品按類別分主要包括純燕系列燕麥片及複合系列燕麥片。其中純燕系列燕麥片主要包括綠色燕麥片系列和有機燕麥片系列；複合系列燕麥片主要包括西澳陽光牛奶燕麥片系列，平衡滋養燕麥片系列，中老年營養燕麥片系列等。
線上電商穩步發展。報告期內公司加強了在電商渠道上的佈局，繼續建設強有力的電商平台和配套的物流倉儲體系，提升市場和品牌管理能力，降低電商倉儲物流運營成本。線上電商持續加強對新產品上市的支持和推廣，優化產品結構，積極拓展年輕消費羣體，迎合市場消費升級需求。2019年是線上市場快速變化的一年，KOL和網紅帶貨模式興起，公司在這方面也進行了有益的嘗試，藉助線上多種主流社交平台，如微信、微博、抖音、小紅書等，開展新營銷模式的探索和實踐。公司未來將在互聯網電商的轉型變革和創新發展上加大投入，提高創新應變能力，把握時代脈搏，獲取新商業模式發展的紅利。
在衝調燕麥品類上，持續鞏固、提升各種形態、多種口味和多元營養的產品；同時加大冷食休閒燕麥產品的研發和投入，不斷開發和儲備新產品。報告期內公司共開發完成包括奇亞籽混合穀物燕麥片，高纖黑麥燕麥片，熱帶水果酸奶燕麥脆，多種莓果酸奶燕麥脆，多口味膨化穀物燕麥片，麥脆果萃系列燕麥片等20款新品，上市30個SKU。
