網達軟件(603189.SH)：部分募投項目延期
格隆匯4月18日丨網達軟件(603189.SH)公佈，公司於2020年4月17日召開的第三屆董事會第十一次會議、第三屆監事會第七次會議審議通過了《關於部分募集資金投資項目延期的議案》。公司結合目前募集資金投資項目的實施進度情況，在項目實施主體、募集資金投資用途及投資規模不發生變更的情況下，擬將部分募集資金投資項目達到預計可使用狀態的日期延後至2020年12月31日，該議案無需通過股東大會審議通過即可實施。
融合媒體運營平台項目是公司基於OMS、WRP 兩項產品上積累的核心技術，結合運營服務以及移動客户端推廣服務領域的經驗和資源，建設移動互聯網下針對多媒體內容和應用平台產品的項目。截至2019年12月31日，該項目已累計投入募集資金18488.08萬元，項目投入進度77.81%。
該項目的建設規劃系公司於2014年度根據當時市場需求及公司核心技術儲備等情況做出的。由於移動互聯網多媒體行業發展迅速，在項目實施過程中，融合媒體加快轉型發展，公司秉持審慎性和有效性的原則，面對新趨勢，重新規劃技術架構，放緩原先的實施進度，逐步進行資金投入。
2019年融合媒體運營平台項目延期後，公司持續完善了融合媒體平台全流程“採、編、播、存、用”流程的集約化，數字化、智能化改造，並着重升級媒資運編以及內容傳播矩陣平台，以提高內容製作效率，降低製作成本，提升服務能力。當前，5G的逐步商用和媒體智能化的進展仍在推動產品和技術的深化革新，媒體的結構和分類仍處在動態變化。融合媒體的需求進一步向內容深度融合、分發高效、製作智能化的方向發展，尤其是AR/VR、人工智能的深度介入使得市場上湧現出眾多體驗好、視角廣、形態新的產品形式。公司為切合實際市場需求，仍需對融合媒體平台進行部分技術升級，以保證高質量地完成募投項目建設，發揮募集資金效能。
經公司審慎研究論證，在本募投項目可行性並未發生重大改變，項目實施主體、募集資金項目投資用途及投資規模均不發生變更的前提下，本着效益最大化的原則審慎投入，將項目建設完成時間延長至2020年12月31日前。
