顧地科技(002694.SZ)：預計2019年經審計年度報告披露時間為6月24日
格隆匯4月17日丨顧地科技(002694.SZ)公佈，公司原計劃於2020年4月25日披露2019年年報。受新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情影響，全國各地復工均出現不同程度的延遲情況，公司客觀上不能按照《證券法》規定披露經會計師事務所審計的年度報告，根據證監會發布的《關於做好當前上市公司等年度報告審計與披露工作有關事項的公告》，公司向深圳證券交易所申請延期披露相關報告並獲得同意，並將該事項提交公司董事會審議通過。
公司屬於湖北轄區上市公司，母公司所在地鄂州市是本次新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情重災區，直至3月23日公司總部才有鄂州本地部分員工陸續復工。因為湖北本次地域特殊性，其他省市的員工回崗近期才陸續安排，因而我公司採購、生產、倉儲、銷售、財務核算等崗位人員無法正常開展工作。而母公司在股份公司營業收入、淨利潤、淨資產佔比均較大。
因此，母公司在本次疫情中受影響明顯進而影響股份公司整體的財務狀況。同時，按照疫情防控要求，公司復工的時間較往年延後近三個月，公司相關部門無法按照之前的計劃配合外部審計機構開展相關工作。
公司控股公司分處重慶、廣東、甘肅、安徽、北京、山西、內蒙古等地，各地疫情防控政策不同導致各公司復工時間不同，如北京子公司至今尚未復工，因而導致公司內部工作無法有效銜接。
負責公司審計的中勤萬信會計師事務所（特殊普通合夥）湖北分所，其辦公所在地為武漢市，負責審計的會計師亦大多居住在武漢市，前期疫情導致事務所無法正常安排年審工作。雖然前期已進行部分遠程審計工作，但實物資產的盤點、檢查原始單據等工作仍需現場進行，武漢市4月8日撤除離漢通道，上述工作才能逐步開展。
中勤萬信會計師事務所(特殊普通合夥)(“中勤萬信”)於2019年12月29日至2020年1月16日完成了公司子公司重慶顧地和佛山顧地的現場審計工作，並對回函進行復核和尚未回函的單位進行持續跟蹤。中勤萬信已於4月10日安排人員赴母公司開展審計工作，並將及時安排人員赴各子公司開展審計工作。此外，疫情期間已進行部分遠程審計工作，但實物資產的盤點、檢查原始單據等工作仍需現場進行。同時，函證和訪談工作尚需一定的時間週期才能完成。
疫情期間，公司積極配合中勤萬信開展遠程審計工作，並在中勤萬信在達到武漢市就本次疫情防控要求的復工標準後，為其赴母公司開展現場審計工作提供條件。因北京、阿拉善、山西晉中等地仍實行14天的強制隔離政策，隔離完畢後方可進入公司進行現場審計。對上述仍實行14天強制隔離政策的子公司，公司將配合中勤萬信開展遠程審計工作。綜合考慮在途、隔離、審計工作開展及董事會審議程序等時間，公司預計2019年經審計年度報告披露時間為2020年6月24日。
