格隆匯4月17日丨方大集團(000055.SZ)公佈2019年年度報告，營業收入30.06億元，同比減少1.41%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.48億元，同比減少84.52%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.91億元，同比增長1276.64%；基本每股收益0.310元；擬每10股派發現金紅利人民幣0.50元(含税)。
報告期內，公司營業收入、淨利潤下降主要原因是毛利較高、上年同期對利潤貢獻較大的深圳方大城項目銷售面積已近尾聲，深圳方大城項目1#樓確認為投資性房地產，期末評估增值產生公允價值變動的非經常性收益增加淨利潤約22億元，2019年度投資性房地產業務評估增值產生的非經常性收益增加淨利潤約0.32億元。
截止本報告期末，公司訂單儲備45.37億元(不含房地產銷售)，是2019年營業收入的1.51倍，充足的訂單儲備為公司持續發展提供了有力保障。
報告期內，房地產業2019年實現營業收入3.08億元，較上年同期減少3.899億元，減少55.91%，淨利潤1.999億元，較上年同期減少20.08億元，減少90.94%。
報告期內，公司幕牆系統及材料產業實現營業收入21.96億元，同比增長9.24%，實現淨利潤1.04億元，同比增長7.25%，毛利率15.15%，上升0.74個百分點。截至報告期末，公司幕牆系統及材料產業訂單儲備27.13億元，是2019年幕牆系統及材料產業營業收入的1.24倍。
報告期內，公司軌道交通屏蔽門設備產業實現營業收入4.61億元，同比增長54.83%，實現淨利潤6270.64萬元，同比增長32.07%，毛利率25.4%，公司軌道交通屏蔽門設備產業具有持續較強的盈利能力。截至2019年末，公司軌道交通屏蔽門設備產業訂單儲備達18.24億元，是軌道交通屏蔽門設備產業報告期內營業收入的3.96倍。公司軌道交通屏蔽門設備產業再上新台階，繼續領跑同行業，進入了新的前所未有的快速發展時期。
報告期內，公司已併網發電的三個太陽能光伏電站保持了高效平穩安全運行，全年實現銷售收入2094.00萬元，較上年增長2.27%，營業利潤1164.15萬元，較上年增長5.75%，超過預期目標。
