冠農股份(600251.SH)擬斥2000萬元設立新疆冠農檢測科技
格隆匯4月17日丨冠農股份(600251.SH)公佈，近年來,隨着農業現代化進程的推進，農產品和食品質量安全已成為全社會關注的熱點，同時生態環境保護也對農業生產方式和發展方式提出了更高的要求。為積極響應國家食品安全政策，促進傳統農業生產方式向生態農業的方向轉變，為公司整體產業鏈產品質量控制和提升提供技術支撐和服務，構建環境友好的農產品加工業發展體系，公司擬投資2000萬元設立新疆冠農檢測科技有限公司(暫定名，最終以工商註冊核准備案為準)。該公司將為公司整體產業鏈提供質檢技術服務、環境保護檢測與評價服務等；並向全社會提供相應的專業化檢測及認證的商業服務。
項目建成後，將配備國際先進的檢測設備，吸引高端的檢測技術和開發專業人才，業務涉及食品質量安全、環境監測保護、職業衞生健康三個專業化檢測及認證的商業服務、檢測技術開發等多方面，是可面向社會服務的商業第三方檢測公司。可填補南疆地區食品、環境和職業衞生第三方檢測機構空白，彌補區域檢測業務服務水平低、服務週期長、能力差的缺陷，可為公司提供新的發展動能。
項目建成後，可為公司產業鏈提供質量控制和品質檢測的質檢技術服務、環境保護檢測與評價服務等。將進一步增強公司產品質量安全保證力度，促進公司產品質量安全能力提升，為公司產品質量體系安全保駕護航，為公司綠色發展提供技術支撐和產業化示範，進一步提升企業的核心競爭能力。
項目建設後，將全面提升本地區農業環境保護、農業投入品監督管理、農產品質量安全監測、環境監測等風險監測能力和水平，對當地農業生態環境保護、農產品質量安全和農業環境污染防治等產生積極的推動作用。促進無公害、綠色和有機農產品的生產，減少農業生產中有毒物質的殘留和對農業生態環境的污染和影響，保障區域糧食安全、食品安全、生態安全，實現農業的現代化和可持續發展，不斷滿足人民羣眾對安全優質食品的需求，踐行企業社會責任。
