香梨股份(600506.SH):家合房產延期支付受讓昌達房產股權轉讓餘款
格隆匯4月17日丨香梨股份(600506.SH)公佈,家合房產因受昌達房產土地開發建設項目延期、建設投資成本增加等因素影響,導致資金週轉暫時出現困難,未能按合同約定時間支付股權轉讓餘款,違反了合同約定。
公司在董事會審議通過該事項後與家合房產簽訂《股權轉讓合同補充協議》,同意家合房產延期至2021年10月31日前向公司支付股權轉讓餘款2795.13萬元及相應利息,股權轉讓餘款延期支付期間,家合房產將按原《股權轉讓合同》簽訂時約定的銀行同期貸款基準利率支付相應利息。
