岱勒新材(300700.SZ)：3名股東已減持140萬股 並擬繼續減持公司股份
格隆匯4月17日丨岱勒新材(300700.SZ)公佈，鑑於上海祥禾、祥禾泓安、上海鴻華適用減持規定發生變化，擬提前終止此次減持計劃並制定未來減持計劃。上海祥禾、祥禾泓安、上海鴻華於2019年12月9日至2020年4月16日已合計減持140.00萬股，減持比例1.699%。
此次減持計劃終止後，上海祥禾、祥禾泓安、上海鴻華將依據《首次公開發行股票並在創業板上市招股説明書》中的承諾，在鎖定期滿後兩年內減持的，將提前五個交易日向公司提交減持原因、減持數量、未來減持計劃、減持對公司治理結構及持續經營影響的説明，並由公司在減持前三個交易日予以公告。因此上海祥禾、祥禾泓安、上海鴻華未來減持計劃如下：上海祥禾、祥禾泓安、上海鴻華擬自減持計劃公告之日起3個交易日後通過集中競價、大宗交易、協議轉讓或其他深圳證券交易所認可的合法方式公司股份。
上海祥禾、上海鴻華為截至發行人首次公開發行上市日，投資期限在60個月以上的股東，通過集中競價、大宗交易減持股份總數不再受比例限制；祥禾泓安為截至發行人首次公開發行上市日，投資期限在36個月以上但不滿48個月的股東，將在減持計劃公告之日起3個交易日後任意連續六十個自然日內，通過集中競價減持股份的總數不超過公司股份總數的1%(即82.4萬股)；通過大宗交易減持股份的總數不超過公司股份總數的2%(即1,648,102股)；採取協議轉讓交易方式的，單個受讓方的受讓比例不低於公司總股本的5%。具體如下：
上海祥禾若通過集中競價方式減持，不超過139.46萬股(即公司總股本的1.692%)；若通過大宗交易方式減持，不超過139.46萬股(即公司總股本的1.692%)；若通過協議轉讓方式減持，不超過139.46萬股(即公司總股本的1.692%)。上海祥禾將在減持計劃公告之日起3個交易日後，通過集中競價、大宗交易減持股份總數不再受比例限制，採取協議轉讓交易方式的，單個受讓方的受讓比例不低於公司總股本的5%
祥禾泓安若通過集中競價方式減持，不超過142.3921萬股(即公司總股本的1.728%)；若通過大宗交易方式減持，不超過142.3921萬股(即公司總股本的1.728%)；若通過協議轉讓方式減持，不超過142.3921萬股(即公司總股本的1.728%)。祥禾泓安將在減持計劃公告之日起3個交易日後，任意連續六十個自然日內，通過集中競價減持股份的總數不超過公司股份總數的1%(即82.4051萬股)；通過大宗交易減持股份的總數不超過公司股份總數的2%(即164.8102萬股)，採取協議轉讓交易方式的，單個受讓方的受讓比例不低於公司總股本的5%
上海鴻華若通過集中競價方式減持，不超過92.7684萬股(即公司總股本的1.126%)；若通過大宗交易方式減持，不超過92.7684萬股(即公司總股本的1.126%)；若通過協議轉讓方式減持，不超過92.7684萬股(即公司總股本的1.126%)。上海鴻華將在減持計劃公告之日起3個交易日後，通過集中競價、大宗交易減持股份總數不再受比例限制。採取協議轉讓交易方式的，單個受讓方的受讓比例不低於公司總股本的5%。
