通程控股(000419.SZ):2020年擬繼續申請總額不超32.03億元綜合授信額度
格隆匯4月17日丨通程控股(000419.SZ)公佈,公司在部分銀行的授信額度即將在本年內到期,為保證公司現金流量充足,滿足公司發展所需流動資金,2020年公司擬向以下銀行繼續申請總額不超過32.03億元人民幣的綜合授信額度,公司第六屆董事會第十九次會議於2020年4月16日在通程國際大酒店五樓北冰洋廳召開,此次會議審議以9票贊成,0票反對,0票棄權審議通過了《關於公司2020年度申請銀行授信額度的議案》,該事項尚需提交公司2019年年度股東大會審議。
