小商品城(600415.SH):商城控股補助公司商位使用權人商位使用費
格隆匯4月17日丨小商品城(600415.SH)公佈,公司於近日接到公司控股股東義烏市市場發展集團有限公司(“市場集團”)的《關於貫徹落實減免商位使用費相關政策的通知》,為貫徹落實《中共浙江省委浙江省人民政府關於堅決打贏新冠肺炎疫情防控阻擊戰全力穩企業穩經濟穩發展的若干意見》中“對承租國有資產類經營性房產(包括各類開發區和產業園區、專業市場、工業廠房、創業基地及科技企業孵化器等)從事生產經營活動的企業,免收2、3月兩個月租金”文件精神,對公司所屬市場商位免收2020年2、3月兩個月(租金)商位使用費。此次免收商位使用費,由市場集團全資子公司義烏中國小商品城控股有限責任公司(“商城控股”)對商位使用權人予以全額補助。
