中華燃氣(08246.HK)預計一季度淨溢利大幅減少約70%
格隆匯4月17日丨中華燃氣(08246.HK)發佈公告,公司預計截至2020年3月31日止3個月取得收益同比下跌約29%、毛利率減少約20%及除税後淨溢利大幅減少約70%。此外,於撇除來自集團收取政府補貼的一次性收入約人民幣550萬元的影響後,與2019年同期的除税後淨溢利相比,集團預期取得淨虧損。
董事會認為,集團2020年第一季度的預期收益、毛利率及除税後淨溢利下跌乃主要由於2020年年初爆發冠狀病毒病(COVID-19),以致中國有關當局施加多項旅遊及工作限制,有關限制阻礙新項目的磋商及完成;及對集團的營運構成不利影響,導致於2020年第一季度賺取的收入僅為低毛利率的液化天然氣供應。
董事會目前預期,倘中國當局維持實施上述措施且COVID-19的影響持續,集團的整體財務表現將繼續遭受若干程度的不利影響。董事會將密切監察目前狀況,並將尋求採取任何進一步措施以將損失減至最低。
