模塑科技(000700.SZ)：中誠信國際將公司主體和債項信用等級繼續列入可能降級的觀察名單
格隆匯4月17日丨模塑科技(000700.SZ)公佈，公司於2017年6月發行了“模塑轉債”，發行金額為8.1366億元，期限為6年，由中誠信證券評估有限公司(“中誠信證評”)進行信用評級工作。2019年6月26日，中誠信證評將模塑科技AA的主體信用等級、“模塑轉債”AA的債項信用等級列入可能降級的信用評級觀察名單。2020年2月27日，中誠信國際信用評級有限責任公司(“中誠信國際”)發佈《關於中誠信國際信用評級有限責任公司承繼中誠信證券評估有限公司評級客户/項目的公告》，模塑科技及“模塑轉債”的後續評級工作由中誠信國際承繼。
根據公司2019年度業績快報，受益於業務規模增長、降本增效、北美工廠減虧及持有金融資產產生的公允價值變動收益等因素，2019年公司實現營業收入54.84億元，同比增長10.44%；歸屬上市公司股東的淨利潤1.01億元，同比上升821.08%，其中金融資產產生的公允價值變動收益影響本期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約5300萬元。此外，公司全資孫公司MingHua de Mexico, S.A. DE C.V.成為特斯拉北美市場供應商並於2019年11月22日正式生成訂單，預計可為公司帶來年訂單銷售額約3億元人民幣。同時“模塑轉債”陸續轉股，截至公告出具日，“模塑轉債”債券餘額為13156.13萬元，未轉股比例為16.17%，公司公開債務償付壓力有所降低。但中誠信國際同時關注到，根據公司2020年第一季度業績預告，受新冠肺炎疫情影響，2020年一季度汽車市場銷售較上年同期大幅下降，當期公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為-1.7億元至-1.6億元，虧損幅度較大，且海外疫情對公司北美工廠後續經營及業績的影響有待進一步觀察。償債方面，公司短期償債壓力仍未得到明顯緩解，截至2019年9月末，公司債務規模較年初增長15.81%至38.74億元，其中短期債務為28.27億元，而同期末非受限貨幣資金及可動用銀行授信規模較少，公司仍面臨較大的短期償債壓力。此外，截至公告出具日，實控人持有公司的股權比例為38.38%，其中股票質押佔其持有公司股票的比例為61.66%。
綜上所述，中誠信國際決定維持江南模塑科技股份有限公司的主體信用等級AA，維持“模塑轉債”的債項信用等級AA；並將江南模塑科技股份有限公司主體及債項信用等級繼續列入可能降級的觀察名單。同時，中誠信國際將對公司未來業績的變化、海外工廠的復工以及到期債務償付情況保持持續關注。
