中國動向(03818.HK):第四季度平台整體電商業務錄得20%至30%高段增長
格隆匯4月17日丨中國動向(03818.HK)發佈公告,2019/20財年第四季度,集團Kappa品牌店鋪(不含Kappa童裝業務及日本業務)於整個平台的零售流水按年錄得20%–30%高段下降。其中,線下業務錄得30%–40%中低段下降,電商業務錄得10%–20%低段下降。
整個平台的2019/20財年累計零售流水按年錄得低單位數增長。其中,線下業務錄得中低單位數下降,電商業務錄得20%–30%高段增長。
同店銷售表現方面,以去年同季度伊始已投入運營的Kappa品牌店鋪(不含Kappa童裝業務及日本業務)計算,2019/20財年第四季度,整個平台的同店銷售按年錄得中低單位數下降。其中,線下業務錄得低單位數下降(剔除受疫情期間影響而店鋪關閉的時間段,同店增長的計算方法與之前保持一致),電商業務錄得10%–20%低段下降。

店鋪數量方面,截至2020年03月31日止第四季度,集團Kappa品牌店鋪數量為1,129間(不含Kappa童裝業務及日本業務),對比2018/19財年末淨減少80間。下一步集團將繼續加大關閉低效店鋪的力度。自疫情爆發至2020年03月31日止,集團Kappa品牌店鋪恢復數量為1,106間(不含Kappa童裝業務及日本業務),佔整體店鋪數量98%。
公告表示,2020年是集團進入全面建成“類直營”模式的第三年,也是集團為長期發展打好基礎的關鍵之年。通過完成在渠道、產品和供應鏈管理等各方面的深度改革,集團Kappa品牌業務取得了階段性進展。
未來,集團將繼續堅持推進既定的策略,同時更加關注一些重要並具體的改革措施,包括:持續提升銷售團隊本地化管理,強化產品銷售團隊的改革,進一步加快全渠道貨品流轉的速度,降低庫存水平;繼續完善產品團隊建設,更好地將產品與消費市場精準對接。
