西部材料(002149.SZ)擬定增募資不超7.85億元 用於高性能低成本鈦合金材料生產線技術改造項目等
格隆匯4月17日丨西部材料(002149.SZ)披露2020年非公開發行股票預案,擬非公開發行的股票數量按照此次發行募集資金總額除以發行價格計算得出,且此次非公開發行股票數量不超過發行前公司股本總數的30%,即不超過約1.2762億股(含本數)。
擬募集資金總額不超過7.85億元(含本數),其中4.85億元用於高性能低成本鈦合金材料生產線技術改造項目,0.65億元用於西部材料聯合技術中心建設項目,2.35億元用於補充流動資金。
