格隆匯4月17日丨三星醫療(601567.SH)公佈，公司及其全資子公司寧波奧克斯高科技有限公司(“奧克斯高科技”)分別在國網新疆電力有限公司2020年第一次物資協議庫存招標採購項目、國網福建省電力有限公司2020年第一次省網物資協議庫存招標採購項目、國網福建省電力有限公司2020年第一次配網物資協議庫存招標採購項目中被推薦為中標候選人，預計合計中標金額約為1.54億元。預中標情況如下：
1、國網新疆電力有限公司2020年第一次物資協議庫存招標採購項目
國家電網有限公司在其商務平台http://ecp.sgcc.com.cn公告的“國網新疆電力有限公司2020年第一次物資協議庫存招標項目推薦的中標候選人公示(招標編號：XJDL2020-XYKCWZ01)”，奧克斯高科技為中標候選人。
根據公示內容，公司預中標產品包括調容變壓器、一二次融合成套環網箱、電能計量箱、10kV柱上變壓器台成套設備，根據公司預中標數量以及報價測算,預計中標總金額約為6150.69萬元。
2、國網福建省電力有限公司2020年第一次省網物資協議庫存招標採購項目
國家電網有限公司在其商務平台http://ecp.sgcc.com.cn公告的“國網福建省電力有限公司2020年第一次省網物資協議庫存招標採購項目推薦的中標候選人公示(招標編號：XMZB-WZ2081)”，公司及奧克斯高科技為中標候選人。
根據公示內容，公司及奧克斯高科技預中標產品包括電能計量箱(SMC)、通信單元(HPLC)，根據公司預中標數量以及報價測算,預計中標總金額約為5715.32萬元。
3、國網福建省電力有限公司2020年第一次配網物資協議庫存招標採購項目
國家電網有限公司在其商務平台http://ecp.sgcc.com.cn公告的“國網福建省電力有限公司2020年第一次配網物資協議庫存招標採購項目推薦的中標候選人公示(招標編號：GWXY-FJ-2001)”，奧克斯高科技為中標候選人。
根據公示內容，奧克斯高科技預中標產品包括一二次融合成套環網箱、10kV變壓器(硅鋼片油浸)，根據奧克斯高科技預中標數量以及報價測算,預計中標總金額約為3490.54萬元。
此次公司及奧克斯高科技合計中標總金額約為1.54億元，上述項目中標後，其合同的履行將對公司及奧克斯高科技經營工作和經營業績產生積極的影響，但不影響經營的獨立性。
