格隆匯4月17日丨啟明信息(002232.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入15.21億元，同比下降4.20%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤9083.12萬元，同比增長25.86%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤7762.71萬元，同比增長21.20%；基本每股收益0.2223元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利0.17元(含税)。
2019年，啟明公司經營上取得了一系列突破，經營質量大幅提升，企業發展躍上新的台階。數字化業務高質量發展，產品及解決方案升級，打造平台化產品，企業數據應用向智能化發展。智能網聯業務形成由終端、平台、運營構成的閉環生態體系，生態規模不斷壯大，終端銷量、入網車輛、運營用户數量節節攀升，智能網聯整體解決方案能力提升。企業行業競爭力進一步增強，成熟產品及方案不斷向外輸出，外部市場開拓取得顯著效果。
(一)數字化產品與解決方案迭代升級
汽車工業互聯網平台，完成數字運營地圖、驗證測試平台、開發者社區、微服務庫等建設。營銷數據中台、全價值鏈財務數據平台助力客户“兩平台雙中台”建設。ERP、ECP產品融合AI智能算法，持續迭代升級。ERP、LES、MES在紅旗工廠全新武裝上線，實現精準要貨、精準存儲、精準配送，助力紅旗工廠實現柔性化、智能化、共享化、信息化。集成參建全棧式一體化“紅旗智雲”混合雲平台，實現客户雲資源全面整合、大幅降低集團數字化運營成本。IT運維服務持續保障客户數字化業務安全運行，併成功支持央視春晚一汽分會場、“護網2019”等大型活動。
(二)智能網聯整體解決方案樹立了行業標杆
智能網聯車載導航、行駛記錄儀、TBOX、OBD等終端產品搭載紅旗、解放主力車型，全年產銷突破30萬台。全新TSP2.0智能網聯平台整合切替舊車型平台，配合紅旗EV、HS5、HS7新車型下線接入，支持多品牌、多車型、多業務類型車載設備接入，支撐集團智能網聯規模化運營。
智能網聯北方示範區完成測試規程標準，先後發佈北方示範區管理平台、全功能全場景測試示範平台樣車。福建湄洲島113工程一期建設取得成功，全國首個無人車常態化旅遊島投入運營。國內首條車聯網(V2X)開放道路建設完成，填補了國內高寒冰雪網聯化測試道路的空白。
(三)外部市場開拓取得優異成績
助力“數字吉林”建設，實施了長春市互聯網+政務、軌道交通、天網工程等項目。在汽車行業，繼長城汽車、北汽福田、上汽大眾、通用汽車之後，又成功進入華晨雷諾、華菱星馬等新市場。
