歌爾股份(002241.SZ)2019年度扣非淨利潤升90.94%至13.49億元 研發投入達20.23億元
格隆匯4月16日丨歌爾股份(002241.SZ)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入351.48億元，同比增長47.99%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤12.81億元，同比增長47.58%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤13.49億元，同比增長90.94%；基本每股收益0.4元，擬每10股派發現金紅利1元(含税)。
經營活動現金流量淨額為淨流入54.51億元，同比增長139.48%。主要原因是：報告期內，“銷售商品、提供勞務收到的現金”增加。
報告期內，公司持續加大新技術、新產品、新工藝的開發力度，積極引進高端技術人才，研發投入20.23億元，佔營業收入的比重為5.76%，佔最近一期經審計淨資產的12.54%。
報告期內，公司主營業務分為精密零組件業務、智能聲學整機業務和智能硬件業務。精密零組件業務主要產品為微型麥克風、微型揚聲器、揚聲器模組、天線模組、MEMS傳感器及其他電子元器件等；智能聲學整機業務主要產品為有線耳機、無線耳機、智能無線耳機、智能音響產品等；智能硬件業務主要產品為智能家用電子游戲機配件產品、智能可穿戴電子產品、虛擬現實/增強現實產品、工業自動化產品等。
公司產品廣泛應用於以智能手機、智能平板電腦、智能家用電子遊戲機、智能可穿戴電子產品、智能無線耳機等為代表的消費電子領域。公司具備為客户提供集聲學、光學、無線通訊等多種技術為一體的產品的能力，可以為客户提供聲光電整體解決方案，在聲學、光學、MEMS半導體領域具有創新性的競爭優勢。公司始終堅持自主研發、自主創新，在聲學器件方面具有自主知識產權，在智能聲學整機和智能硬件領域通過“ODM”或“JDM”的方式，同客户合作進行產品開發。
公司在國內外廣泛建立分支機構，同消費電子領域主要品牌廠商均建立了良好的合作關係。近年來，公司不斷加大自主研發投入，專利申請數量不斷提升，產品技術水平不斷提高，相關解決方案得到客户的充分認可。根據行業統計數據，公司在微型麥克風、MEMS麥克風、MEMS傳感器、高端虛擬現實產品、微型揚聲器、智能無線耳機、智能可穿戴電子產品、智能家用電子遊戲機配件產品等領域佔據市場領先地位。
