格隆匯4月16日丨贛能股份(000899.SZ)公佈,為了保證公司及下屬公司正常生產經營的資金需求,公司及下屬公司擬向銀行申請2020年度綜合授信額度,綜合授信額度總計52.05億元整,綜合授信內容包含貸款、銀行承兑匯票開具、匯票貼現、法人賬户透支、開立信用證、保函等融資產品,用於補充流動資金。種類、金額、時間等內容待該議案獲公司股東大會審議通過後,由董事會授權管理層根據資金需求,辦理相關手續。綜合授信期限為股東大會審議通過後至2021年4月30日。
