中油工程(600339.SH)：下屬子公司簽訂30.26億元EPC總承包合同
格隆匯4月16日丨中油工程(600339.SH)公佈，公司下屬子公司中國崑崙工程有限公司(公司持有其100%股權)與中國石油天然氣股份有限公司下屬中國石油天然氣股份有限公司廣東石化分公司就“廣東石化煉化一體化項目煉油區新增及重新招標裝置(單元)總承包項目(第二標段)260萬噸/年芳烴聯合(含芳烴抽提)裝置及配套工程總承包”項目簽訂合同，合同金額30.26億元人民幣。
廣東石化煉化一體化項目是對原中委合資廣東石化2000萬噸／年重油加工工程的調整優化，由煉油項目調整為煉油—芳烴—乙烯一體化項目，調整後項目建設規模為2000萬噸／年煉油、260萬噸／年芳烴和120萬噸／年乙烯，並配套建設30萬噸原油碼頭和產品碼頭，項目總投資約654.3億元人民幣。該項目是中國石油天然氣集團有限公司貫徹國家能源安全戰略，建設綜合性國際能源石油公司的重要舉措。項目建設目標是建成國內加工高硫、含酸、重質原油的綠色、智能、效益型國際化煉化一體化基地。
廣東石化煉化一體化項目煉油區新增及重新招標裝置(單元)總承包項目(第二標段)的總承包內容包括：260萬噸/年芳烴聯合(含芳烴抽提)裝置、六聯合機櫃室、六聯合變電站、6#含油污水預處理站的詳細設計、採購和施工，以及配合業主聯動試車、投料試車、開車和性能考核等工作，完成竣工資料的編制，承擔質量保修期內的質量保修責任，中交日期2021年12月31日。
由於石油工程設計、工程建設的專業性強、技術難度大，相關工程資質要求高，上下游市場參與者相對固定，主要為石油石化行業內客户。公司各下屬企業在數十年的行業發展過程中，一直向中國石油集團及其下屬公司提供油氣田地面工程建設、煉化工程建設、管道及儲罐工程建設和海洋工程等服務，與中國石油集團形成了長期穩定的合作關係。保持與中國石油集團及其下屬公司的關聯交易為公司提供了長期穩定的石油工程建設服務市場，有助於實現公司的快速發展。
該合同實施將對公司未來2年的營業收入和利潤總額產生一定的積極影響，有利於公司進一步鞏固和擴大在國內煉油化工工程市場。該項目的實施不影響公司的獨立性，公司主要業務不會因該項目而與相關方形成依賴。
