航天控股(00031.HK)簽訂租賃合同和總承包合同
格隆匯4月16日丨航天控股(00031.HK)宣佈,於2020年4月16日,公司的間接全資附屬公司志源越南與深越投資越南簽訂了租賃合同,根據該合同,志源越南同意以總租金越南盾1335.32億(約為4005.97萬港元)的價格租賃安陽土地及其基建,從交付空置的安陽土地及其基建之日起至2058年12月25日止。
此外,為安陽土地建築工程項目選擇總承包商的招標程序結束後,志源越南和建安越南簽訂了與該建築工程有關的總承包合同,合同總金額為1129.91萬美元(約為8779.40萬港元)。
