星期六(002291.SZ):新加坡力元及上海邁佳減持期過半未實施減持
格隆匯4月16日丨星期六(002291.SZ)公佈,公司控股股東星期六控股及一致行動人新加坡力元、上海邁佳因化解股東債務壓力和股票質押融資風險,部分減持所得用於向公司提供財務資助的需要,計劃未來六個月內通過證券交易系統以集中競價、大宗交易方式減持其持有的公司股份合計不超過3294.0666萬股(佔公司總股本比例5.00%)。
現控股股東星期六控股及一致行動人新加坡力元、上海邁佳減持公司股份計劃時間已過半,截至本公告日,新加坡力元及上海邁佳尚未減持公司股票。
