泰林生物(300813.SZ)：全資子公司變更經營範圍
格隆匯4月16日丨泰林生物(300813.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司浙江泰林生命科學有限公司(“浙江泰林生命”)因業務發展需要，對經營範圍進行了變更，現工商變更登記手續已辦理完畢，並收到杭州市富陽區市場監督管理局核發的《營業執照》。
變更前的經營範圍：生命科學儀器、醫療器械、菌株培養檢測設備生產，銷售；光學傳感器、食品及藥品檢測設備、淨化設備、分析儀器、過濾設備、實驗檢測用品技術開發，技術服務，技術諮詢，技術成果轉讓；成年人的非證書勞動職業技能培訓(涉及前置審批的項目除外)；室內環境淨化工程、水處理工程的設計，施工；五金商品、淨化設備、分析儀器、檢測設備、過濾設備、塑料製品、食品藥品檢驗試紙、第二類醫療器械批發，零售；培養基靈敏度試驗生物指示劑，菌株生產，銷售；貨物進出口(法律、行政法規禁止的項目除外，法律行政法規限制的項目取得許可後方可經營)；不帶儲存經營(批發無倉儲經營)易制爆(依法須經批准的項目,經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
變更後的經營範圍：一般項目：技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣；儀器儀表製造；儀器儀表銷售；第二類醫療器械銷售；工業酶製劑研發；專用化學產品製造(不含危險化學品)；專用化學產品銷售(不含危險化學品)；工程和技術研究和試驗發展；塑料製品製造；塑料製品銷售；環境保護專用設備製造；環境保護專用設備銷售；互聯網銷售(除銷售需要許可的商品)；日用口罩(非醫用)生產；日用口罩(非醫用)銷售；母嬰用品製造；母嬰用品銷售；日用百貨銷售；衞生用品和一次性使用醫療用品銷售；消毒劑銷售(不含危險化學品)(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)。許可項目：衞生用品和一次性使用醫療用品生產；貨物進出口；消毒劑生產(不含危險化學品)；危險化學品經營(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準)。
除上述經營範圍變更外，其他工商登記信息不變。
