澳洋健康(002172.SZ)擬使用3000萬元閒置募集資金臨時補充流動資金
格隆匯4月15日丨澳洋健康(002172.SZ)公佈,為提高募集資金使用效率,降低財務成本,在保證募集資金項目正常建設的資金需求下,公司決定使用人民幣3000萬元閒置募集資金臨時用於補充流動資金。公司此次使用部分閒置募集資金臨時用於補充流動資金的期限為自董事會批准之日起,使用時間不超過12個月,到期後歸還至募集資金專用賬户。在此期間如遇募集資金專用賬户餘額不能滿足募集資金正常支付的情況,公司將根據實際需要將已臨時補充流動資金的募集資金返回至募集資金專用賬户。
公司此次臨時補充流動資金可減少公司向銀行借款,預計可節約財務費用約120萬(按同期銀行存貸款利率差計算)。
