格隆匯4月15日丨城地股份(603887.SH)發佈2020年第一季度業績預告,預計2020年第一季度實現歸屬上市公司股東的淨利潤6980.35萬元到7571.90萬元,其中重組標的香江科技股份有限公司(以下簡稱“香江科技”)實現歸屬上市公司股東的淨利潤為4800萬元到5300萬元,公司整體同比增加195%到220%。
預計公司2020年第一季度實現歸屬上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4598.92萬元到5188.53萬元,其中重組標的香江科技實現歸屬上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為2600萬元到3100萬元,公司整體同比增加95%到120%。
因公司上年度4月才完成對重組標的香江科技的交割工作,故公司2019年一季度報告未合併其財務數據。
