巨人網絡（002558.SZ）遭股東持續減持至少套現11億，去年營收降幅將超30%

巨人網絡日前發佈公告，宣佈於近日收到持股5%以上股東上海錸鈽投資諮詢中心（有限合夥）（簡稱“錸鈽投資”）出具的《簡式權益變動報告書》。
2019年9月11日至2020年4月1日，錸鈽投資通過大宗交易的方式累計減持63,886,050股無限售流通股，佔巨人網絡總股本的3.1558%。
本次權益變動後，錸鈽投資持有公司的股份為101,218,997股，佔公司總股本的5.0000%。
巨人網絡截至2019年第三季度財報時股權結構
巨人網絡遞交的2019年第三季度財報顯示，此次減持前，錸鈽投資是巨人網絡的第四大股東。當前，巨人網絡股價處於17.28元的地位，若以當前股價計算，則錸鈽投資過去半年至少套現了11億元。
錸鈽投資為雲鋒基金操盤
據天眼查顯示，錸鈽投資的大股東為中國民生信託有限公司，持股為36.59%。錸鈽投資的執行事務合夥人為雲鋒基金。
預計全年營收下降超過30%
另據財報披露，巨人網絡預計2019年的營收為25.69億元，較上年同期下降32%，主要是深圳旺金金融信息服務有限公司不再納入合併範圍所致。
剔除上述影響後，報告期網絡遊戲相關營業收入同比下降3.15%；
巨人網絡預計全年營收情況
巨人網絡預計2019年公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8.34億元，同比降22.66%，稱主要原因系公司持續增加研發投入，優化組織結構使得研發費用、管理費用有所上升，新產品上線較晚處於投入期，導致收入利潤規模無法與研發投入同步增長。
報告期末，巨人網絡總資產為994,670.13萬元，同比下降7.03%，歸屬於上市公司股東的所有者權益為801,638.29萬元，同比下降11.51%，歸屬於上市公司股東的每股淨資產為4.15元，同比下降7.78%。
前述財務數據和財務指標下降的主要原因系公司在報告期內實施股份回購所致。
巨人網絡當前市值約350億元，其日前發佈公告稱，截至2020年3月31日，公司通過集中競價方式累計回購股份數量為17,422,473股，佔公司總股本的0.86%。
巨人網絡回購最高成交價為18.91元/股，最低成交價為16.29元/股，成交總金額為3億元。
