遠大控股(000626.SZ):遠大物產年初至4月13日衍生品交易虧損1360萬元
格隆匯4月15日丨遠大控股(000626.SZ)公佈,經公司全資子公司遠大物產的財務和運營部門初步測算,2020年1月1日-4月13日期間,遠大物產進行衍生品交易的累計虧損金額超過1000萬元,約虧損1360萬元。
由於新冠病毒疫情發生的嚴重程度及影響範圍超出預期,導致遠大物產的經營策略與市場表現出現一定程度偏差。上述事項不會影響公司和遠大物產的現金流及其他正常經營活動,預計減少公司淨利潤不超過1360萬元。
