格隆匯4月14日丨皇氏集團(002329.SZ)發佈2019年年度報告，實現主營業務收入22.53億元，同比下降3.54%，剔除影視業務大幅下降的因素，公司乳業、信息兩大業務板塊分別同比增長11.74%和28.33%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4862.58萬元，上年度為淨虧損6.16億元；基本每股收益0.0581元，擬每10股派發現金紅利0.1元(含税)。
報告期內，隨着公司戰略重心的調整，聚焦主業，相對收縮了受行業市場環境變化影響較大的影視板塊的資源投入，目前公司的核心業務包含乳業及信息業務。
公司乳業板塊由全資子公司皇氏集團(廣西)乳業控股有限公司分管下屬的皇氏集團華南乳品有限公司、雲南皇氏來思爾乳業有限公司、雲南皇氏來思爾智能化乳業有限公司、皇氏集團湖南優氏乳業有限公司、皇氏集團遵義乳業有限公司等五家乳業子公司運營；信息業由浙江完美在線網絡科技有限公司、浙江築望科技有限公司、皇氏數智有限公司等三家子公司運營。
公司的支柱產業是以水牛奶、酸奶、巴氏鮮奶為核心的特色乳品業務，公司乳品業務涵蓋從種植到奶牛養殖、乳品加工、銷售服務的全產業鏈，產品系列包括以荷斯坦牛奶、水牛奶為主要原料的巴氏殺菌乳、調製乳、滅菌乳、發酵乳和飲料等。公司屬於區域性龍頭企業，業務區域主要在西南地區，以廣西、雲南為核心，逐步輻射至湖南、貴州、廣東、四川等周邊省市，採用直營、經銷和分銷相結合的銷售模式，已建立起覆蓋經銷商、商超、專賣店、奶點、配送上門及電商等全渠道的線上線下立體化營銷網絡。公司將繼續憑藉穩定優質的奶源、智能工廠生產技術、差異化特色產品和健全的營銷網絡建設，通過產品創新、服務創新和管理創新，構築自身的差異化競爭策略和區域品牌影響力，為公司業績的穩步增長提供有力保障。
公司信息業務現有短信、客服、電商、智能化等業務，服務於金融、互聯網、通信業、電子商務、公共事業、現代物流等多個行業。近年來，公司信息業務保持較快增長，客服台席數大幅提升，加上園區雲客服產業和智慧城市建設的深入開展，為公司信息業務的穩步提升奠定基礎。同時，通過傳統乳業與信息化數據的資源共享及深入開發，充分利用信息業務長期積累下來的數據和技術為乳業賦能，進一步構築與消費者溝通與服務的橋樑，為皇氏產品走出西南、並逐步發展全國市場搭建有利平台。
