*ST德豪(002005.SZ)業績快報：2019年業績扭虧為盈至2.54億元
格隆匯4月14日丨*ST德豪(002005.SZ)披露2019年度業績快報，實現營業總收入29.67億元，同比下降25.85%；利潤總額2.43億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.54億元，上年同期虧損39.67億元；基本每股收益0.1439元。
報告期內，公司關停了LED芯片工廠，同時對庫存LED芯片產品持續開展銷售、清理工作，因此，公司的營業總收入下降；公司出售了廣東德豪潤達照明電氣有限公司(“德豪照明”)100%股權暨出售LED國內照明大部分業務，出售子公司威斯達電器(中山)製造有限公司(“中山威斯達”)100%股權等，該等股權轉讓事項增加了公司的投資收益及資產處置收益。
公司 LED業務及小家電業務的大致經營情況，以及出售德豪照明、中山威斯達股權的收益情況如下：
1、LED業務
截止2019年9月末，LED芯片工廠已經停止生產運作。受關停影響，LED芯片的收入大幅下降；存量的LED封裝業務、LED顯示業務、LED照明T8、球泡燈等業務，也因行業競爭激烈的影響，收入有小幅下降。經測算，2019年度，公司LED業務整體銷售收入比上年同期下降約39.07%，LED業務整體毛利率比上年同期上升約4.58%，毛利率上升的原因主要是LED芯片(負毛利)業務關停所致。
2、小家電業務
公司的小家電業務以出口為主。報告期內，受中美貿易爭端、行業競爭激烈等的影響，公司小家電業務整體銷售承壓，銷售收入有所下降。為了應對市場變化，小家電事業部採取多種措施降低生產成本。經測算，小家電業務2019年的營業收入同比下降約11.78%，毛利率比上年同期略上升0.14%。
3、出售德豪照明、中山威斯達股權的收益情況
(1)出售德豪照明公司：
截至2019年12月31日，公司已將德豪照明公司的股權相關的風險和報酬轉移給受讓方，於2019年度確認股權處置收益(税前)4.4億元(即股權轉讓價款4.9億元與股權交割時德豪照明公司的淨資產5000萬元之間差額)。
(2)出售威斯達公司
截至2019年12月31日公司已將中山威斯達的股權相關的風險和報酬轉移給受讓方，於2019年度確認股權/資產處置收益(税前)1.56億元(即股權轉讓價款2.47億元與股權交割時中山威斯達的標的淨資產價值9121.75萬元之間差額)
