OPEC+达成减产协议 规模或达到近2,000万桶
油组及俄罗斯等产油国(OPEC+)在结束4日谈判後同意未来两个月每日减产970万桶,6月之後减产限制将会逐步放宽,但减产行动会持续至2022年4月。
OPEC+预期包括美国、加拿大及墨西哥在内的二十国集团(G20)会另外减产370万桶,加上部分石油消耗国将补充战略石油储备来支持油价,预计整体减产幅度可达到创纪录的近2,000万桶,占全球供应两成。
今次OPEC+减产将分3个阶段进行,预计5月1日至6月底期间每日减产970万桶,第二阶段即7月至今年底每日减产770万,而明年1月至2022年4月减产会进一步缩减至580万桶。
