招商蛇口(001979.SZ)去年净利润增5.2% 料首季净利润按年最多跌84.8%
招商蛇口(001979.SZ)发布2019年业绩报告显示,2019年录得归属於上市公司股东的净利润为160.33亿元人民币(下同),按年增5.2%。营业总收入976.72亿元,按年增长10.64%。
公司预计2020年首季度净利润介乎4亿至6亿元,按年下降77.16%至84.77%,主因去年同期子公司增资扩股转让股权扣税後产生净收益22.26亿元,剔除此原因,首季度业绩预计按年持平至增长50%。
